Because this DIY camera kit is battery powered you can place it almost anywhere, and with its weather resistant design it can even go outdoors! The pinhole camera lens records high definition video to a hidden micro SD card up to 32GB in capacity.

Choose between three recording modes - traditional motion activated recording, continuous 24/7 recording, or use the included PIR "body heat sensor" for the most accurate motion detection recording, which allows the camera to get up to a full year of standby mode waiting for the camera to record. PIR mode is perfect for areas where you don't have power but need long term surveillance, like in a garage or farm or shed. 

In addition to recording video to a memory card, the camera also features P2P WiFi mode, which allows you to stream video from the camera to your phone, up to 15-20 feet away. This mode is helpful when setting up the camera to see what the camera is seeing for setup, or to simply watch your live feed from nearby. (Note: P2P WiFi mode is for short-range viewing only - it does not support remote-viewing over the internet like traditional WiFi hidden cameras).

To watch your recorded videos, you can either remove the memory card and insert it into your PC or Mac for playback, or connect the camera to your TV with the included RCA connection cables.
