I ordered this camera and got with in a week. I followed all instructions in the manual. Rebooted the camera over and over and it would not connect to my Wi-Fi. The number to call for customer service is horrible. No-one ever answers. The website to email for help or chat states no one is available. Worst service I have ever gotten. Now I am going on vacation and can not get service. Think twice before you buy. How can a company work like this. I understand there might be issues but not to be able to reach someone to get help is not acceptable.
Fast shipping and discreet design
We have regular security cameras hooked up to a DVR but was looking for something portable and wireless. This little guy did the trick, and my wife and I can both watch it on our smartphones.
Does the job and battery lasts all day
Took me almost an hour to get this up and running. Granted I'm not a computer person, but still took me longer than I'd hope.

The rotating camera feature reeled me in. I was skeptical that it would truly be "hidden" but you can pick this thing up and no one will know what it is. Tell 'em it's a wifi extender or something, or just put it next to your tv box.
Shipment arrived quickly and camera was easy to set up with the quick start guide (didn't need the full manual). Make sure you follow ALL the instrcutions so that you can view it from your phone outside your house.
I'm not tech savvy so I needed a little help setting this up but I guess most people are better at this stuff than me.
