    We've designed this nanny camera to be easy to set up and operate. Just download the live streaming app, plug the camera into power, and use the app to connect the camera to your home or office WiFi.
    Q. Does this camera have night vision or low light recording?
    Yes this camera features invisible (no red glow) IR sensors that allow the camera to see in the dark, so even if the lights g out, the camera can still see what is going on. You can increase the night vision range with the optional IR night vision illuminiator cube as well, which doubles the night vision range.
    Q. Does this camera have audio with video?
    Yes this camera includes audio with video (can be toggled on or off as needed.
    Q. Do I need to have WiFi in my home to use this camera?
    You'll need WiFi wherever the camera is physically located in order to live stream remotely. So for example, if you place the camera in your living room, you'll need WiFi in your home so you can stream video from the camera so you can watch it from anywhere in the world.
    Q. Are there monthly fees or costs to view or record video from this camera
    There are no monthly costs or fees to view, stream, record, or access your video camera feed.
    Q. How can I record video from this camera?
    The camera can accept up to a 128GB memory card to record video so you can view it later in case you didn't see something happen live.
    Q. How can I watch my recorded video?
    There are two methods to watch your recorded video. The first method is to use the app to remotely view the videos on your phone. The second method is to remove the memory card from the camera, and insert into your computer's micro SD card slot (or use the included USB card reader) and double click to watch playback on your PC or Mac computer.
    Q. Can multiple people view the live stream at once?
    Yes up to 3 people can simultaneously view the live stream. Just download and install the app on each of the phones, and enter the camera ID and the password you set up during the setup process.
    Q. How does the push to talk two way audio work?
    The two-way audio/push to talk feature allows you to use the app to listen and/or talk through the camera's built in speaker. So for example, if you use the camera to keep an eye on your pet, and you pull up the camera live feed and see them doing something they aren't supposed to (like going through a trash can) you can use the push to talk function to talk to them via the app.
    Q. Can I live stream to a PC or Mac computer?
    This camera streams to the live streaming app on your iPhone or Android devices only, it does not stream to desktop or laptop computers.
    Q. How does the bluetooth speaker work?
    The device is also a functional bluetooth speaker, so simply press the bluetooth power button to turn on the bluetooth, and you can connect your phone or tablet or other bluetooth device and play music through the speaker on the top.
