Sorry for the issue you had with the camera. It sounds like the older files might not have gotten deleted off the memory card properly so that the camera can continue to record new files. This can happen on Mac computers if you delete unwanted video files, and do not also delete them from your computer's trash can. Easy to set up and use even for someone who isn't a "computer person" like me
Everything worked great. Quality is very good.
Bought this for my phone office just to see if our housekeeper was going through it and didn't find anything out of the ordinary but the peace of mind was worth it.
